Changes in Season 3
Season 3 has introduced many Class Changes, aswell as a newTier Set, newEmbellishmentsand more.
Druid
- Innervate duration is now eight seconds (was 10 seconds).
- Heart of the Wild has been updated – Now additionally reduces the cast time of Balance spells by 30 percent and increases their damage by 20 percent (was 30 percent) and generates one combo point per two seconds while in Cat Form and increases Physical damage by 20 percent (was 30 percent).
Feral
- Developers’ note: Some minor shakeups to Feral in Guardians of the Dream. Apex Predator’s value varies a lot in single target and AOE, so we’re evening that out a little. We’re trying a new version of Ashamane’s Guidance, as we don’t love the randomness of the current version with the updated Berserk design – it’s hard to optimize its damage and resource generation without using external tracking mods. The new version will have more consistent value and rewards you for maintaining your most important bleeds.
- Apex Predator’s chance to trigger is increased against a low number of targets and decreased against a high number of targets. Its chance to trigger is about the same as before against four targets.
- Cat’s Curiosity has been replaced with a new talent: Saber Jaws – When you spend extra Energy on Ferocious Bite, the extra damage is increased by 40/80 percent.
- Ashamane’s Guidance’s effect for Incarnation: Avatar of Ashamane has been redesigned – During Incarnation: Avatar of Ashamane and for 30 seconds after it ends, your Rip and Rake each cause affected enemies to take three percent increased damage from your abilities.
- Rampant Ferocity damage increased by 10 percent.
- Feral Druids can cast Innervate in Cat Form.
- Relentless Predator now reduces the Energy cost of Ferocious Bite by 10 percent (was 20 percent).
- Apex Predator’s chance to activate against a single target is reduced to 7.2 percent (was nine percent), but the rate it activates against additional targets is increased.
Stat Priority in Patch 10.2
General Stat Priority for Feral Druid with our Build is:
- Agility
- Critical Strike
- Mastery
- Versatility
- Haste
- Agility is your primary stat, meaning that Itemlevel is superior in most cases. Higher Itemlevel will also increase your Stamina and Armor that you gain.
- Critical Strike increases the chance for your abilities and spells to deal double damage.
- Haste reduces your global cooldown, your time to cast spells, and reduces the cooldown of many abilities.
- Versatility grants you a flat damage and healing increase, but also a damage decrease for half of its value.
- Mastery increases the damage done by your bleed abilities and finishing moves.
The further we are getting into the expansion, the effects of diminishing returns start to limit your effective gain of your secondary stats. After reaching 30% (by rating) of any given stat, you will start to receive a penalty that reduces the gain from more of the same stat over this treshold.
Stat priority can differ on every character. Make sure to simulate yourself onRaidbotsget the perfect results for you.
