- Storm Infused Stone: When equipped, if an enemy has been struck with a critical hit, there’s a chance to shock them and two nearby foes with 11,625 nature damage.
- Pestilent Plague Stone: When equipped, there’s a chance to infect your foe with a plague and nearby enemies when dealing damage. You’ll deal 7,821 nature damage over nine seconds.
- Freezing Ice Stone: When equipped, when dealing damage, there’s a chance to chill your enemy and deal 20,214 frost damage. And slow them down by 15 percent for six seconds.
- Deluging Water Stone: When equipped, your abilities have a chance to drench a nearby ally. And this will heal them for 29,916 over six seconds.
- Humming Arcane Stone: When equipped, there’s a chance of Arcane missiles for every Primordial Stone family you have equipped when dealing damage. Each of these will deal 10,528 Arcane damage.
- Flame Licked Stone: When equipped, when dealing damage, there’s a chance to set your foe on fire to deal 21665 fire damage over seven seconds.
Healers in Dragonflight will combine these nine stones for either Raids or Mythic+ dungeons. And the best Primordial Stones combinations for healers depend on the specs. However, they are generally the same or very similar. And in some cases, there may be double-ups of a particular stone type.
