How do I buy a bike?
The process step by step
1. Choose your perfect bike
Discover a wide range of bikes, compare the options and choose the bike that suits you best.
2. Reserve your bike online
Reserve the bike (without obligation) by making a 20% deposit using the payment method of your choice. After the deposit has been paid, the contact details will be exchanged between the seller and the buyer.
3. Try out the bike
Schedule an appointment with the verified seller, check the bike and possibly take a test ride.
4. Pay or get your money back
To complete the purchase, pay the balance in cash* or through the velocorner platform (recommended). To release the payment on the seller's bank account, it is mandatory to confirm the handover on velocorner.
Choose from two options the one that suits you best
Online reservation
You may see a button "Reserve" which means that you can pre-reserve this bike by making a 20% deposit (non-binding). After a test ride in the store you have the option to pay the remaining 80% of the price or get a refund of your deposit.
Contact the dealer
Get in touch with the dealer (by phone or email) to find out more about the offer. When you are ready, make an appointment for a test ride. If the bike suits you perfectly, you can proceed with payment.

Normal frame sizes vs. Standardsize ( - Size)
To this day there is no standard size used in bike industry. So every manufacturer uses an own sizing table.
To simplify this, TCS velocorner.ch is relying on the BIDEX size chart. This may not match 100% of all sizes but it gives you an input if a size might fit or not, based on your body size.
