After you receive the invoice from Autowini, transfer the money to Autowini’s bank account by T/T within the due date. If the payment is not made within the due date, your booking will be cancelled automatically and the vehicle will be sold to the next buyer.

- When is shipping schedule?
You can check the fastest shipping schedule to your port here. Usually Ro-Ro vessels are scheduled once in a month and Container vessels are scheduled in every week. To get the exact information, Autowini recommends you to contact your staff.

- How long does it take to reach my port?
It takes 30-50 days to reach most port usually. Central & South America : approx 25-40 days. East Africa : approx 25-30 days. West Africa : approx 40-45 days. Transit time will vary depending on the vessel type and schedule. Buy an item through "B.I.S"service and do not miss the fastest vessel to your port.

- In case of not matching with stated information or not functioning as in the vehicle condition report.
- Submit the report with detailed video and evidence within 7 days after the arrival at the port.

If there are dispute over the significant difference between the "Condition Report" and the real vehicle's condition after its arrival at the port, within 3 days, We are going to endeavor to resolve the dispute amicably through the agreement with the buyer. We hereby submit the "Vehicle Condition Report" in the consent of Autowini's B.I.S terms of use.

What's Consolidation?
By Consolidation(40HQ) shipping, your vehicle will be shipped together with other customer’s vehicles to save the cost.
At first, you will have to pay “Consolidation fee” to Autowini which are local shipping charges in Korea. And then Autowini ships your vehicles and send documents to your country's Autowni agent.
When the container arrives your port, your country's Autowni Agent will contact you to pay local handling charge and clear the vehicles. Then you have to pay local handling charge and clear vehicles through the agent.
