Just celebrated my birthday, but this year instead of making more wishes, I felt thankful for what I already have and achieved. In 2023 my team and I:→ brought value to top corporate clients from many different industries: Retail Electronics, Insurance, Telco, Pharma, Medical & Energy (5,500+ hours learning through Coach Microlearning 🎉)→ developed the amazing AI-powered training generator that enables 1 week implementations→ established multinational operations - UK & Croatia→ forged strong partnerships for resell operations in multiple geographies → closed an investment of more than half a million eur (stay tuned for the announcement)→ moved into bigger offices and a new home→ overcame many challenges & became stronger as a teamWe're all set up and ready to crush 2024 with a strong pipeline, more people joining us and a clear-cut strategy. 🚀--It takes an immense amount of effort to build something into existence and bring into the world - no one can do it alone. It takes a village.I'm grateful for all the support from my family, team, friends, partner, collaborators, mentors, investors, business partners and supporters from the sidelines!--I believe that we hold the power to make many of our wishes come true through hard work and dedication. This year - be your own Santa & Elf - believe in yourself and work on it! 🎅🏻🔨

We have a sexy new case study with Rabobanksharing how they were able to provide secure, streamlined, and accessible services for their clients without relying solely on hiring (with the help of Pluralsight Skills #shamelessplug). They achieved heaps of great things like:✅ Reduced response times for troubleshooting & increased coding efficiency✅ Created a pipeline of qualified talent with the certification prep center✅ Fostered a culture of T-shaped learning and multi-skill mastery, building a future-ready workforce.✅ Seen a 400% YoY increase in platform use with only 1–3 hours of upskilling time a week✅ Reported a 34% increase in skill growth measured with Skill IQView the new case study here. 👉https://lnkd.in/g2RbNvRs👀 Or just watch this video. 👇Now maybe go take a breather. 🤯 As we approach the holidays and close out another year, I can’t help but reflect on the madness that has been 2023. Being a founder and running a business is never easy, but this year has been a nonstop whirlwind of curveballs. SVB, multiple rounds of tech layoffs, slowed hiring, slowed funding, and the constant news cycle of heartbreaking world events…just to name a few. 🌎A couple of themes emerged for me (and probably many others):🤮 Discomfort😰 Anxiety😟 Stress/worryBut as the year went on, those have evolved into:🤸♂️ Agility🤝 Adaptation🧠 Learning💪 Resiliency(These are more related to the professional side, still A LOT of anxiety and worry over the state of the world, and haven’t figured out the answer to that one just yet…)I used to say I didn't love change, but what I’ve realized this year is that while it can be uncomfortable, it can also produce great things. As a business, The Product Consult has continued to grow despite so much economic insanity. We have adapted quickly as times and needs have shifted, and we’ve stayed as agile as possible in how we approach everything we do. We’ve kept it real, continuing to openly acknowledge and discuss the hard challenges we are all facing, and show up with empathy. We’ve found ways to help support our communities, our team, and our clients during so much uncertainty. And we are better for it.💚 👏 👏 Cheers to another year (almost) in the books, filled with change and learning and overflowing with gratitude. ➡ Share something you’ve learned in 2023. What challenges have you faced and overcome? 💪💪💪Heather Inocencio Lisa Riemondy Kara Skrip #productmanagement #productmanager #tech #ecommerce #consultants #growth Nothing shows resilience this year better than the community of Lahaina, and its incredibly strong and amazing Banyan. 2024 is already off to a great start! Our team spent time today reflecting on all the hard work and lessons learned from 2023! Nothing like a first-quarter QBR to hone in on our focus and lay out our intentions for the year!I want to share some of the discussion points I was able to capture as I listened to my All-Star team during their respective times today. The culture we are building is something I have truly come to appreciate. It is always rewarding as a leader when your people grow, contribute, and deliver. Exciting times ahead for this squad. Which one is your favorite?Session Notes & Team Input:• Be a lighthouse for others, we are all team players, and we are in it not just for individual success but for collective success.• Understand that you have a voice and learn how to use your voice effectively.• Lead with questions, not with statements.• Don't be afraid to ask difficult questions, find the unknowns, drill down, and extract more than what is being given at face value.• Bring in the A-team from the get-go, be clear on purpose, ownership, and intent, it translates when showing up to a cycle• Leverage the resources around you, we work with a lot of bright, sharp, and talented people. Learning how to fully utilize the talent around you makes the job that much easier.• Take the empathetic approach. Understand what is important to your customer and the people on the other side of the table. Put yourself in their shoes and operate with their sentiment in mind.• Stay in the fight and remain in a positive state regardless of the situation• Create the plan then go and execute.• Triangulate the relationships and look to extend yourself to various stakeholders.• Get on-site and out in front of your customers, bring your personality into the equation, and take a step away from the laptops and screens.• Service your existing customers and relationships, nothing quite like repeat business.• Compounding growth, continuous learning through losses & and wins, carry it all forward into what is next.Jack Buccella / Shannon Powers / Aram Keshgegian / Kristin Reed / Patrick Stewart / Tyler Greco / Ryan Murphy / David Wolf / SAP

At the end of 2022, I paused my career for a much-needed break.2023 dawned and I had a clear plan: Travel for around four months and then dive into the real estate industry, building on my experience at the prop tech company REEF.After an amazing trip, I returned in June, energised and ready, and came across an incredible opportunity set to begin in September. However, something didn’t feel right.During those nine months away from work, something changed. My career aspirations evolved. As September approached, a question echoed in my mind: "Is this really what I wanted to do?"Then, by chance, the new role fell through at the 11th hour.In hindsight, I can now say this ‘setback’ was a blessing in disguise, as it redirected my job search towards companies that genuinely excited me - tech-driven organisations solving important problems. So now, here I am, excited to start 2024 as an Account Executive at Beam, the world's first crowdfunding platform that supports disadvantaged individuals into stable jobs and homes, helping the Beam for Companies platform reach new heights! The goal at Beam For Companies is ambitious yet simple: Connecting companies with those who could use a helping hand – no fuss, just frictionless impact in minutes.Curious to hear more? Drop me a msg!#NewBeginnings #TechForGood #SocialImpact #BeamForCompanies 🚀🌍

Technology Dependence: Ensuring the availability of the technology your product relies on.6.
