Before Terminating a Staff.Terminating employees should never be taken lightly. It's a decision that affects lives, careers, and families.1. Provide a valid reason, not just an excuse.2. Offer sufficient time for them to find a new opportunity3. Support them with outplacement resources and career guidance4. Respect the departing employee's privacy and confidentiality.5. Treat departing employees with dignity and respectI've seen companies terminate employees without transparency, blaming their performance or quality of work, when in reality the company was facing financial crises. When companies fail to communicate the true reasons for termination, it can lead to:- Loss of trust among remaining employees- Decreased morale and productivity- Resignations - Damage to the company's reputationKeep in mind before you do anything with any of the employee.

I agree, although individuals should fight fire with fire and implicitly ask them if their business goes belly up.

I have seen many professionals who kept on detoriate their mental health just want of few Appraisals.However they don't get that as well. Mental health is often thought of as something that only affects those with serious mental illness, but the truth is that mental health is something that affects us all. #mentalhealth #peaceofmind
