Instant Pot Chicken Leg Dinner Notes:
- If you live in an area where fresh rosemary is not available, like me, then you can omit it. However, if you are fortunate enough to have it available, I highly recommend using it!
- The broiling step is to help crisp up the skin. That is totally up to you and your preference. However, you will want to watch it continually. Do NOT walk away from your oven. The broiler can take a recipe from perfection to disaster in a blink of an eye! And we all want perfection!

- Finally, all electric pressure cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes shouldalways be tested first in your own electric pressure cooker and time adjusted as needed.
